OUR STORY
What began as a dream is now a journey of purpose.
Little Step is a dream turned into reality by three passionate individuals—Hasna, Anila, and Irfan—who started their journey together as college mates. The idea of building a center that supports mental health and child development was born in 2017 during our undergraduate studies in psychology. Even as we moved on to our postgraduate education, this vision stayed close to our hearts.
After completing our postgraduation, Hasna and Anila gained over four years of hands-on experience working in child developmental centers and hospitals. These years provided us with deep insights into neurodevelopmental disorders, mental health challenges, and the unique needs of children and families. We worked with a wide variety of cases that enriched our therapeutic skills and gave us the practical experience needed to manage a professional and compassionate institution.
In 2025, we took the leap to bring our long-standing dream into reality—thus, Little Step was born. Irfan, our partner, plays a vital role in this journey. Along with early experience in conducting Abacus classes and children’s skill development programs, Irfan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. His strong foundation in business planning, organizational management, financial handling, marketing, leadership, and operational strategy has been instrumental in setting up and running Little Step efficiently.
Together, our diverse skills and shared passion have shaped Little Step into a multidisciplinary center focused on neurodevelopmental support for children and mental well-being for all. With compassion, professionalism, and evidence-based approaches, we aim to support every individual’s growth—one little step at a time.
